Terms & Conditions

Access to www.mysolicitor.uk.com is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please take the time to read through these before continuing to use the Website.

1.1.              This is an agreement between us; Saytara Limited, registered company: 10538239, of 27 Pavilion Close, Halifax, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, HX1 4EG and you, the customer. This agreement comes into affect the day it is accepted which is today.

1.2.              The Company will provide a marketing service through the means of a customised Application and Website for your Firm.

1.3.              The company will provide a customised Application and Website for use on all mobile and tablet devices which will be personally customised for the Firm including the Firms formal profile detailing their services, specialist areas, location, contact details, any special financial packages (if available).  The Application and Website will contain a direct link to the Firms website.

1.4.              The Application and Website will not include any reference to the Firm’s fees save and except that the Firm may include in their Profile of services a Special financial package which the Firm must honour in all the circumstances whilst it remains as part of the Application and Website.

1.5.              The Company will not be liable or responsible for any disagreement regarding the before mentioned financial package.

1.6.              The Firm in providing the profile information and any other information for inclusion in the Application and Website warrant and represent that the firm’s contribution

a.       Is the firms right to make such representations for use on the Application and Website and does not breach or infringe any other person’s rights such as copyright or is in any way illegal,

b.       Is not defamatory, libellous, discriminatory, fraudulent or criminal.

1.7.              The Company reserves the right to make any amendments or alterations to the said Application and Website.

1.8.              The Company warrants that it owns the copyright of the “Application and Website” database rights and other intellectual property rights in the selection, co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content in addition to all original content and it is agreed that the Firm modify, publish, transmit participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from or in any way exploit any of the content in whole or in part except as provided by the terms of this Agreement.

1.9.              The Firm will not disclose any information or detail to any third party of the customised Application and Website until the live launch date referred to above.

1.10.           The Firm will notify the company immediately in the event of the following events:

a.       A change of partners in the Firm

b.       Any changes in specialism’s undertaken by the firm

c.        A Law Society inspection

d.       A criminal investigation of the firm or any member of the firm

e.        Insolvency of any individual partner or of the Firm

f.        Change of Name of the firm; its location, contact details

1.11.           The Company will not be liable for any form of misrepresentations or representations made by the Firm through the Application and Website, in particular with reference to their skill and expertise and standard of service provided by the firm and further the Firm must ensure the absolute accuracy of their profile on the Application and Website.

1.12.           The Company will not be liable for any statements or reviews made on the Application and Website review service. Any defamatory reviews or any offensive language used will be removed.

1.13.           The Company will not voluntarily or by operation of law assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this agreement.

1.14.           The Firm agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Company on Demand against all legal fees damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the Company as a result of any breach of the above, mentioned warranty by the Firm.

1.15.           The Company will provide from the date the Firm is connected to the Application and Website and in consideration of the Annual Subscription Fee provide to the firm the mentioned services until such time as either the Company or the Firm give at least thirty days written notice to the other.

1.16.           The Firm will pay to the Company an annual subscription fee of £100 on the day of joining the service.

1.17.           The Firm will pay an annual subscription of £100 per office (if Applicable).

1.18.           In the event that the Firm fails to pay the annual subscription within seven days of accepting the contract, the Company will remove the Firm from the Application and Website without further notice.

1.19.           The subscription fee will run from the date the Application and Website is launched live and will become renewable on the anniversary of that date.

1.20.           The Company reserves the right to review the subscription fee and increase the fee subject to providing at least one month’s notice of any increase and in any event no later than the final month of the Firm’s annual subscription period ending.

1.21.           It is further agreed that there is no representation warranty collateral    agreement or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressly provided herein.

1.22.           It is agreed that the parties to this Agreement and the performance of the terms of this agreement and all suits and proceedings under the same shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

1.23.           Any waiver by the Company or the Firm in respect of any breach default delay or omission of any of the terms and conditions herein by the other party shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement.
